Welcome to The Meat House, our Naenae, Lower Hutt store  has been the first choice of meat for many Wellingtonians for over 20 years. Owner Warren Hitchman is very much a part of his local community, sponsoring local sport and fundraising. He leads a team of qualified and experienced butchers.  

We buy top quality wholesale meat from farms in the lower North Island. This meat is then prepared on our premises using the craftsmanship of traditional English butchers. Our customer service is that of a friendly, trustworthy local butcher. And we guarantee our meats 100%.

The Meat House also provides a wholesale service to local restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and takeaways. And our shop is open seven days a week, 6am to 8pm.
